Columbia St. Mary’s Inc. in partnership with Kohl’s Corporation seeks a Board Certified Family Practice Physician for the Kohl’s Wellness Center located in Menomonee Falls, WI. Kohl’s Wellness Center is a state of the art employer based health clinic. The center treats approximately 5,000 patients annually with about 24,000 visits. 

Applicants should have an interest and expertise in primary and acute care to ensure effective and efficient clinical operations and support of the provider team. The Wellness Center offers exceptional quality of care that helps to manage wellness through education, health counseling and preventative screening and exams.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Creates a holistic approach to health and wellbeing

  • Assesses quality of patient care and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other clinic providers

  • In collaboration with lead physician, identifies opportunities to improve quality of care and reduce health care costs

  • Fosters integration with vendors, plan carriers, and national wellness centers for continuity and standardization of care

  • In partnership with the clinic manager, assists with marketing strategies and wellness education efforts on behalf of the onsite wellness center for the designated population

  • Engages in site specific clinical and service quality improvement programs and activities to meet CSM clinical and organizational goals

  • Provides input on staffing needs and clinical equipment requirements

  • Participates in physician and provider recruitment for wellness center and works collaboratively with Clinic Manager and Regional Director

  • Maintains a climate of high provider engagement and addresses concerns using the chain of command


Desired Qualifications:

  • At least two years of clinical practice experience

  • Recognition by peers as an excellent practitioner

  • Ability and willingness to work collaboratively and support mid-level practitioners


Reports to: Clinic Lead Physician

 

Rotating Call Schedule with other physicians
