Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Other Clinical Training

All clinical students and others, as applicable, are required to complete the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other web-based training modules found below.

  3. Return the 'CSM Confidentiality Agreement' to the Staffing Office or the Administrative Rep when you report for your shift.
