Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s, part of Ascension, is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic full time Board Certified/Eligible Obstetrics/Gynecology physician to join our busy primary care clinic in Germantown, WI.


  • Join a well-established collegial team:

    • 6 Physicians(3 IM/Ped’s; 1 Ped’s; 1 IM; 1 Express Care)

    • 1 Advanced Practice Clinician

    • Associate with 5 member OB\GYN group

    • Columbia Center Birth Hospital 15 minutes from clinic

    • Strong physician/administrative dyad leadership

  • Call

    • Weekdays and every other weekend

    • Nurse staffed “Health Line” triage service 24/7

      • Minimal phone calls

  • Clinic hours:

    • Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m

    • Saturday:  8:30 a.m. – Noon

    • Sunday:   Noon – 4:00 p.m.

  • Express Care Hours:

    • Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m

    • Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – Noon

    • Sunday: Noon – 4:00 p.m.

  • Other services:

    • Behavioral Health

    • Podiatry

    • Dermatology

    • Physical Therapy

    • Urology

    • On site: Lab, X-ray, bone density, Mobile 3D Mammography and EKG
