Physicians, is a high volume, dedicated Electrophysiology practice
located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin looking to expand with the addition of a
fourth Electrophysiologist. This exceptional opportunity offers the

the potential for healthy long-term growth. You will be joining a
cutting-edge practice that embraces the latest in technology - the
entire EP practice has utilized an electronic medical record and remote
device monitoring and follow-up since 2002. You will also be backed by a
comprehensive, professional support staff led by a dedicated Clinic
Manager, enabling you to focus on practicing medicine.
The current clinical team consists of three physicians with over 35 years of EP experience and numerous clinical support staff. Sanjay Deshpande, MD, FHRS completed a cardiology fellowship at the University of Illinois Hospitals in Chicago and a clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Clinical Campus. With over 23 years of EP experience, including 12 years in a reputable academic program, he has mentored over 30 EP Fellows and guided newer faculty into their individual practices. Dr. Deshpande is the Medical Director of Cardiac Electrophysiology at both Columbia St. Mary’s and Affinity Health System. Nguyen Phan, MD, FACC completed fellowships in cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He has over 11 years of EP experience. Rashad Khazi Syed, MD completed a cardiology fellowship at Tulane Medical Center in New Orleans and a recent clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. The physicians are supported by three Physician Assistants and three Nurse Practitioners to augment the high level and efficiency of outpatient and in-hospital patient care. In addition, seven exceptionally skilled Nurse clinicians have a primary in-office and remote device clinic focus.
This is an EP-only practice with a stable, diverse referral base, performing standard and advanced procedures including AF/VT ablation and lead extraction. We currently see patients at four clinics in the Milwaukee area and at three outreach sites.
